700 baht for only 8 minutes . Pretty high price . Never done it , though I stayed almost next door in Siam Bayshore 7&8 years ago.

Already stayed twice for 3 months in Jomtien Hill Resort in Prat soi 5... will again book next month for next winter. Best restos around : VN Garden , Au bon Coin , Cajun Life Café, Sands , Cabbages & Condoms , O' Garas in terms of quality . Kwan , Checkpoint, Here Chai in terms of prices for what you get .

I like the idea the way you did a big list and video of condos / prices etc. To improve I would suggest you could advise on extras per condo e.g. swimming pool or gym and show quick photo of apartment interior / pool / gym (even if that's obtained from internet). Thanks :)
